Lake Kiowa property owner's association is a private "membership" association formed in the interest of and for the protection, governing and improvement of Lake Kiowa. The entrance to this private community has a 24-hour guard service, and the area is patrolled for further security.

The lake is a privately enclosed, 563 acre lake, which stretches nearly two miles long. Lake Kiowa is fed by Indian Creek with its 19 to 1 watershed and numerous hillside streams. Anglers enjoy good catches of black bass, sand bass, crappie, catfish, bream and other varieties of fish. Boats permitted on the lake must be registered in the name of a Lake Kiowa property owner.

Lake Kiowa has mail delivery to residences with in the development. There is a commercial area and a marina site set aside for development by private enterprises. All utility service lines are underground so as not to mar the natural beauty of the area. Garbage pickup is provided by the Association for a nominal fee.

Eighteen hole private golf course!

Our eighteen hole championship golf course is the delight of many of our residents. Your association fees cover all ground fees. You can golf every day at no extra cost! There are no trail fees. The Men's Golf Association and the Woman's Golf Association invite membership for competing tournaments and providing entertainment as well as contributing toward the beautifying the golf course. There is also a club house and pro shop for your convenience.
